Shredfarmer application

The Shredfarmer app.

Shredfarmer is a secure, invitation-only web application used by Shredfarmer's Cafe and Shredfarmer Coaching to run daily business workflows. It is not a consumer product and it is not available for public sign-up.

Who uses it

Access is limited to Shredfarmer staff and contractors, and to coaching clients who have been invited to an account. There is no open registration. The application is reached at trainwith.shredfarmer.com, and every account is created by invitation.

What it does

  • Coaching CRM. Enquiries, client records, consultation notes and the status of each coaching relationship.
  • Intake and onboarding. The structured client intake, consent capture and the onboarding steps that follow it.
  • Plans. Diet and training plans built for a client, and the revisions made to them over a month.
  • Team tools. Staff attendance, task assignment and the internal documents that go with them.
  • Management. Day-to-day operational records for the cafe and the coaching practice, and the integrations that feed them.

Google Sign-In and your data

Signing in with a Google Account is optional. An invited user may sign in with an email address and password instead. Where Google Sign-In is used, the application requests these scopes and no others:

  • openid — to establish that the sign-in is genuine.
  • email — to match the sign-in to an existing invited account.
  • profile — to show a name and picture inside the application.

With your approval we access your Google Account name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create or link your account, sign you in, and show who you are inside the application. We request no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to anyone beyond the hosting and database providers that run the service, or where the law requires it. Shredfarmer's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can withdraw the application's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Removing access stops future sign-ins; ask us if you also want the account record itself deleted.

Data, security and deletion

Client records are encrypted before storage, and the application is reachable only by invited accounts. How we collect, use, keep and delete personal information is set out in full in the privacy notice, which covers this application as well as the public website.
