Website and coaching terms.

Effective 22 August 2026. These terms apply when you use shredfarmer.com, send a coaching enquiry or use the coaching intake process. A paid coaching or meal-plan package may have additional price, duration, cancellation and delivery terms agreed before purchase.

Information, not medical care

Website content, macro estimates, meal information and fitness coaching are for general fitness and nutrition support. They are not diagnosis, emergency care or treatment. Tell the coach about relevant health conditions and obtain advice from an appropriate licensed clinician when needed. Do not delay medical care because of this website.

Food and allergens

Published calories and macros are practical estimates based on recipes and portions; normal preparation variation can occur. The kitchen handles multiple ingredients. Tell us about allergies before ordering, but do not assume an item is free from cross-contact unless the cafe has confirmed it for your order.

Enquiries and onboarding

Sending the fit check or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a particular result. You must provide accurate contact, health and training information. We may decline or pause coaching when the request is outside scope, information is incomplete, payment is outstanding or continuing would be unsafe.

Results and responsibility

Training and nutrition outcomes vary with adherence, health, recovery and circumstances outside our control. You remain responsible for how you perform exercises, follow food guidance and decide whether to seek clinical advice.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, bypass or overload the website, submit another person's data without authority, upload harmful content, impersonate someone, reuse private portal access or use site material in a misleading way. We may block abusive requests and preserve relevant security records.

Site content

The Shredfarmer name, original copy, design, photographs and programme material may not be copied, sold or presented as your own without written permission. Linking to public pages is allowed if it is accurate and not misleading.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the website and secure enquiry available, but maintenance, provider outages and security controls can interrupt access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that Indian law does not allow us to exclude.

Law and contact
