Privacy notice.

Effective 22 August 2026. This notice covers shredfarmer.com, coaching enquiries and the private coaching intake portal operated by Shredfarmer's Cafe, SCO-40, Front of Downtown Market, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab 141012.

What we collect

For a public coaching enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, goal, food preference, support preference, preferred start window and any note you choose to add.

If you continue into coaching, the private intake may collect measurements, training routine, diet history, health conditions, medication, supplements, allergies and other information needed to assess the service. Health information is requested only after separate consent.

For security, our providers may process IP address, request time, browser information and the result of Cloudflare Turnstile verification.

Why we use it

We use the information to answer your enquiry, assess fit, schedule a consultation, build and manage a coaching or meal plan, send transactional confirmation, protect the service from abuse, maintain an accurate client record and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use coaching health data for advertising.

Where it is processed

Cloudflare provides the public API gateway, human verification and rate limiting. Netlify hosts the private portal and serverless functions. Resend sends enquiry confirmations. Coaching records are encrypted before storage in the private CRM. These providers may process data in locations outside India under their own security and data-processing terms.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry or client record only while it is needed to respond, provide the service, maintain necessary business records or resolve a dispute. Provider logs and backups expire on provider-controlled schedules. You may ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain.

Your choices

You may ask for access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future processing, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already lawfully completed and may prevent us from continuing coaching where the information is necessary for safety.

Cookies and local storage

The public site stores your theme preference locally. Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary browser storage to prevent abuse. The private coach portal uses an essential, secure session cookie. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.

We will update the effective date when this notice changes materially.
